چکیده | ||
با وجود آنکه منطقه غرب آسیا در زمره مناطق ممتاز جهانی به لحاظ خصایص ژئوپلیتیکی و ژئواستراتژیکی قرار دارد، ولی بااینحال شاهد آن هستیم که این حوزۀ راهبردی همواره با خیل کثیری از کنشگران دولتی و غیردولتی و الگوهای رفتاریِ غیرخطی مواجه است که همین عامل بهنوبه خود منجر به آشوبانگیزی و پیچیده شدن این محیط متکثر شده است. نکتۀ قابلتوجهی که دراینبین وجود دارد آن است که باوجود مشکلات مورداشاره، ج.ا.ایران بنا به جایگاه ویژهای که در ساختار قدرت منطقه دارد ناگزیر به اتخاذ راهبردهای منسجم، مستمر و دوراندیشانه جهت خلق ایدهها، ساختارها و گفتمانهای درون منطقهای و همچنین ایجاد تعامل با محیط پیرامون در راستای تأمین منافع ملی خود است. با تأسی از مطالبی که ذکرشان رفت نگارندگان پژوهش حاضر با رویکردی توصیفی ـ تحلیلی درصدد پاسخ به چرایی این پرسش برآمدهاند که ج.ا.ایران بهمنظور منطقهگرایی در حوزۀ راهبردی غرب آسیا از چه زمینهها و ظرفیتهایی برخوردار است؟ فرضیهای که در مقابل پرسش مذکور مطرح شده حاکی از آن است که پنج عامل عمق راهبردی، گستردگی سرزمین، موقعیت ارتباطی، تسلط بر تنگه راهبردی هرمز و بهرهگیری از مزیت گروههای دینی ازجمله مهمترین ظرفیتهایی هستند که ایران میتواند از آنها بهمنظور منطقهگرایی در حوزه راهبردی غرب آسیا بهرهگیری نماید. | ||
