تاثیر پرایمینگ روی شاخصهای جوانهزنی بذر و فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدانی گیاهچه نخود (Cicer arietinum L.) تحت تنش شوری | ||

چکیده | ||
بهمنظور بررسی تاثیر پرایمینگ روی شاخصهای جوانهزنی بذر و فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدانی گیاهچه نخود تحت تنش شوری آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح آماری کاملا تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال 1402 در دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی اجرا شد. تیمارها شامل چهار سطح شوری (0، 50، 75 و 100 میلیمولار حاصل از کلرید سدیم) و چهار سطح پرایمینگ ( بدون پرایمینگ (شاهد)، هیدرو پرایمینگ، پرایمینگ با جیبرلین (50 پیپیام) و اسید سالیسیلیک (100 پیپیام)) بود. نتایج نشان داد که شوری درصد جوانهزنی، ضریب جوانهزنی روزانه، وزنتر ساقهچه را کاهش داد، اما پرایمینگ بذر با آب مقطر، اسید سالیسیلیک بهویژه جیبرلین این صفات را بهبود بخشید. شوری میانگین مدت جوانهزنی را افزایش داد، بهطوری که بـیشتـرین میانگین مدت جوانهزنی (0387/0 بذر در روز) در شوری100 میلیمولار بود. بـیشتـرین وزن تر ریشهچه ( 967/110 میلیگرم)، وزن خشک ریشهچه (600/19 میلیگرم)، وزن خشک ساقهچه (667/14 میلیگرم)، شاخص طولی بنیه بذر (041/12) و شاخص وزنی بنیه بذر (288/3) در تیمار جیبرلین و شاهد (بدون شوری) مشاهده شد. فعالیت آنزیمهای کاتالاز و گلوتاتیون ردکتاز در پرایمینگ با جیبرلین بهترتیب در حدود 66 و 42 درصد نسبت به شاهد بیشتر بود. فعالیت آنزیم پراکسیداز در تیمار با جیبرلین و شوری 100 میلی مولار نسبت به شاهد در حدود 96 درصد افزایش نشان داد. همچنین، کمترین آمیلاز (384/2 میلیگرم بر گرم وزنتر بر دقیقه) از شوری100 میلیمولار بهدست آمد. بهطور کلی نتایج نشان داد تیمار بذر با جیبرلین با تحریک آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدانی و خنثیسازی رادیکالهای آزاد میتواند اثرات مضر تنش شوری بر برخی صفات در گیاهچه نخود را کاهش داده و رشد گیاهچه را بهبود بخشد. | ||
