اثر پرایمینگ بذر با اسید الاژیک بر پویایی ذخایر بذر و رشد گیاهچه سویا در شرایط پیری تسریع شده | ||

چکیده | ||
جهت بررسی تأثیر اسید الاژیک بر رشد گیاهچه و صفات مربوط به جوانهزنی سویا در شرایط معمول و فرسودگی، آزمایشی در سال 1398 در آزمایشگاه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه صنعتی شاهرود طراحی و اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل فرسودگی بذر در دو سطح (بذور بدون فرسودگی و بذور فرسوده) و پرایمینگ در هفت سطح (بدون پرایمینگ (شاهد)، آب مقطر (هیدروپرایمینگ)، اسموپرایمینگ با 25، 50، 75، 100 و 125 میلیگرم در لیتر اسید الاژیک) بود. آزمایش در قالب فاکتوریل با طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی در سه تکرار در محیط ژرمیناتور با رعایت استانداردهای موجود انجام شد. بذور با قرار گرفتن در دمای 41 درجه سلسیوس و رطوبت نسبی 95 درصد بهمدت 72 ساعت فرسوده شدند. پرایمینگ بذور با اسید الاژیک با رعایت اصول هوادهی بذر به مدت 6 ساعت انجام شد. در شرایط فرسودگی صفاتی از قبیل شاخص بنیه بذر، نسبت رشد آلومتریک و مقدار استفاده از ذخایر بذر کاهش یافت. افزایش محتوای مالوندیآلدئید از طریق تأثیر بر شاخص بنیه بذر و فعالیت آنزیم آلفا آمیلاز بر درصد جوانهزنی تأثیر منفی نشان داد. کاربرد اسید الاژیک از طریق افزایش دادن فعالیت آنزیم آلفا آمیلاز موجب افزایش درصد جوانهزنی در بذور بدون فرسودگی و فرسوده گردید. پرایمینگ بذور با اسید الاژیک موجب کاهش محتوای مالوندیآلدئید و هدایت الکتریکی در بذور شد. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش انجام شده میتوان کاربرد 50 میلیگرم در لیتر اسید الاژیک را بهعنوان بهترین غلظت مورد استفاده این ماده معرفی کرد. همچنین میتوان پیشنهاد نمود که اسید الاژیک موجب بهبود صفات فیزیولوژیک در بذور فرسوده شده سویا میگردد. | ||
