مرحله ای بنیادی در نهادینه شدن فعالیت بدنی اوقات فراغت: " احساس نیاز"

چکیده
هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی مراحل بنیادی موثر بر نهادینه سازی فعالیت بدنی اوقات فراغت بود. روششناسی: روش انجام تحقیق آمیخته از نوع اکتشافی بود که در دو بخش کیفی و کمی و به روش میدانی اجرا گردید. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی و کمی کلیه افرادی بودند که به مدت 5 سال فعالیت بدنی مداوم داشتند که با 16 نفر به صورت هدفمند و به روش گلوله برفی تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری در بخش کیفی مصاحبه شد و طبق جدول مورگان 384 نفر برای اجرای بخش کمی به صورت در دسترس به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. ابزار تحقیق در بخش کیفی مصاحبه و در بخش کمی پرسشنامه حاصل از مصاحبه بود که روایی و پایایی آنها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافتهها: یافتههای تحقیق نشان احساس نیاز یک مرحله زیربنایی موثر بر نهادینه کردن فعالیت بدنی اوقات فراغت بود که برای شکل گیری این مرحله هفت عامل شناسایی شد. نتیجهگیری: نتایج تحقیق حاکی از این است که، افرادی که فعالیت بدنی اوقات فراغت در آنها نهادینه شده است، احساس نیاز به لذت، سلامتی، تفریح، موفقیت، توجه و برقراری ارتباط با دیگران، حضور و همراهی در گروه همسالان را عنصر اساسی و مهم در پرداختن مستمر به این رفتار مطلوب می دانند. بنابراین، با ایجاد شرایط مساعد و کمک به افراد برای شناخت نیازهای جسمی و روحی، زمینه قدم نهادن آنها در مسیر فعال بودن بدنی را فراهم نماییم و در نهایت به نهادینه شدن فعالیت بدنی اوقات فراغت در افراد و جامعه کمک کنیم.
