چکیده | ||
تاثیر آهن (Fe+2)، مس (Cu+2) و روی (Zn+2) بر چربی کل و ترکیب جلبک Spirulinaplatensis مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جلبک اسپیرولینا در محیط کشت زاروک در چهار گروه آزمایشی شاهد و غلظتهای آهن، مس و روی در حجم 10 برابر شاهد، کشت داده شد. نتایج نشان داد بالاترین و پایینترین مقدار چربی کل در تیمارهای آهن و روی به ترتیب با 28/5 و 47/1 درصد وزن خشک اندازهگیری شد. در تمام تیمارها، گروههای غالب اسیدهای چرب،16:00C، 18:00C، 7n1:16C، 9n1:18C، 6n2:18C و 3n3:18C به دست آمد. بیشترین و کمترین اسیدهای چرب اشباع به ترتیب در تیمارهای آهن و روی با 50/43 و 54/37 میلیگرم در گرم وزن خشک اندازهگیری شد. در مقابل، بالاترین مقدار اسیدهای چرب غیراشباع با یک و چند پیوند دوگانه به ترتیب در تیمارهای روی و آهن (19/53 و 51/39 میلیگرم در گرم وزن خشک) محاسبه شد. در مجموع، تیمار روی باعث افزایش اسیدهای چرب ایکوزاپنتانوئیک، دوکوزاهگزانوئیک، مجموع اسیدهای چرب غیراشباع با یک پیوند دوگانه و امگا 6 نسبت به تیمارهای دیگر شد و بیشترین مقدار مجموع اسیدهای چرب غیراشباع با چند پیوند دوگانه در تیمار آهن به دست آمد. | ||
