چکیده | ||
این تحقیق به منظور تعیین اثر سطوح مختلف پودر چربی کلسیمی اُمگا 3 و اُمگا 6 بر عملکرد، درصد جوجهدرآوری، لیپیدهای سرم، چربی بطنی و شمارش فولیکولهای تخمدان در مرغ مادر گوشتی سویه راس 308 (65 هفته) انجام گرفت. آزمایش بر اساس روش اندازهگیری تکرار شده با 84 قطعه مرغ مادر گوشتی و 28 قطعه خروس، با هفت گروه آزمایشی (با چهار تکرار) و به مدت سه ماه اجرا شد. گروههای آزمایشی شامل گروه شاهد (بدون پودر چربی)، سطح 5/1 و 3% از پودرهای چربی کلسیمی اُمگا 3 حیوانی با منشا ماهی (ω3F)، اُمگا 3 گیاهی با منشا کتان (ω3L) و اُمگا 6 گیاهی با منشا سویا (ω6S) بود. نتایج نشان داد بالاترین میانگین کل درصد تخمگذاری مربوط به گروههای آزمایشی حاوی سطح 5/1% ω3F (98/61) و ω3L (25/60) بدون تفاوت معنیدار با یکدیگر بود (05/0>P). در بین گروههای آزمایشی، بیشترین توده تخممرغ (g/h/d 78/44) از مصرف سطح 5/1% ω3F حاصل شد (05/0>P). بیشترین غلظت تریگلیسیرید (mg/dL 8/1806)، کلسترول (mg/dL 25/206) و لیپوپروتئین با چگالی کم (mg/dL 25/224) سرم خون متعلق به گروه شاهد بود، که تفاوت معنیداری با سایر گروههای آزمایشی داشت (05/0>P). درصد جوجهدرآوری تخممرغهای بارور با مصرف جیرههای حاوی پودر چربی بهجز سطح 3% ω6S نسبت به گروه شاهد بهبود یافت (05/0>P). در مجموع با توجه به صفات عملکرد تولیدی، جوجهدرآوری و توجیه اقتصادی جیرهها، به نظر میرسد افزودن پودرهای چربی کلسیمی اُمگا ۳ در سطح 5/1% (ω3F و ω3L) مقرون به صرفه بوده و میتواند تاثیر مثبتی بر مرغ مادر گوشتی مسن داشته باشد. | ||
