اثر پرایمینگ با اسیدسالیسیلیک و اسیدآسکوربیک بر شاخصهای جوانهزنی و صفات بیوشیمیایی گندم (Triticum aestivum L) رقم پیشتاز در شرایط زوال بذر | ||

چکیده | ||
هدف از انجام این آزمایش بررسی اثر اسیدسالیسیلیک و اسیدآسکوربیک بر بهبود خصوصیات جوانهزنی و کیفیت فیزیولوژیک بذرهای زوالیافته گندم (Triticum aestivum L.) بود. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل دو سطح پیری تسریعشده و شرایط نرمال و تنظیمکننده رشد گیاهی اسیدسالیسیلیک و اسیدآسکوربیک در سه سطح 50، 100 و 150 قسمت در میلیون و هیدروپرایمینگ بود. تیمار بدون پرایمینگ بهعنوان شاهد استفاده شد. آزمایش بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی در سه تکرار انجام شد. صفات مورد بررسی در این پژوهش شامل درصد جوانهزنی، سرعت جوانهزنی، میانگین زمان جوانهزنی، شاخص طولی بنیه گیاهچه، شاخص جوانهزنی، ضریب سرعت جوانهزنی، هدایت الکتریکی بذرها، فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدانت کاتالاز، پراکسیداز و سوپراکسید دیسموتاز و محتوای مالوندیآلدهید، پروتئین محلول، قند محلول و پرولین بودند. نتایج نشان داد که اثر متقابل زوال در پرایمینگ برای درصد جوانهزنی معنیدار نبود درحالیکه برای صفات میانگین زمان جوانهزنی، سرعت جوانهزنی، شاخص جوانهزنی و ضریب سرعت جوانهزنی در سطح احتمال یک درصد و برای شاخص طولی بنیه گیاهچه در سطح احتمال پنج درصد معنیدار بود. در این پژوهش بهترین تیمار برای بهبود خصوصیات جوانهزنی بذرهای زوالیافته استفاده از اسیدآسکوربیک 100 بود که 23 درصد توانست جوانهزنی را بهبود بخشد. در شرایط نرمال نیز بیشترین درصد جوانهزنی اسیدسالیسیلیک 100 بهدست آمد که سبب افزایش 31/22 درصدی در جوانهزنی نهایی گردید. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که پیری تسریعشده بهطور معنیداری فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدانت و پروتئین محلول را کاهش داده و در مقابل سبب افزایش معنیداری در هدایت الکتریکی و محتوای مالوندیآلدهید، قند محلول و پرولین میشود. | ||
