چکیده | ||
بهمنظور بررسی اثرات پرایمینگ بر شاخصهای جوانهزنی و میزان اسیدهای چرب گیاهچه بذور گیاه دارویی همیشهبهار تحت تنش اشعه فرابنفش و دما، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تکرار انجام شد. سطوح تیماری شامل 8 نوع پرایمینگ (سطوح 200 و 400 میلیگرم در لیتر از اسید جیبرلیک و نیترات پتاسیم، سطوح 5- و 10- بار از پلیاتیلن گلیکول، هیدروپرایمینگ و شاهد)، دو سطح دمایی (20 و 25 درجه سلسیوس) و دو سطح اشعه فرابنفش (0 و 15 دقیقه با 220 گاماسل و شدت3 kGy) بود. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد، کاربرد اسید جیبرلیک با غلظت 200 میلیگرم در لیتر توانست تا حد زیادی آثار مخرب اشعه فرابنفش، را برطرف نماید. افزایش معنیدار صفات جوانهزنی از جمله درصد جوانهزنی و بنیه بذر در تیمارهایی که با اسید جیبرلیک تیمار شده بودند، مشاهده گردید که نشاندهنده برهمکنش مثبت این هورمون بر سایر تیمارها بود. بیشترین مقدار بنیه بذر و میزان اسیدهای چرب در تیمار اسید جیبرلیک 200 میلیگرم در لیتر، بدون اعمال تنش اشعه فرابنفش و تحت دمای 20 درجه سلسیوس مشاهده شد | ||
