اثر افزودن رازیانه و سیاهدانه در جیره قبل و بعد از زایش بر فراسنجه های خونی و آنتی اکسیدانی میش و بره های سنجابی | ||

چکیده | ||
با توجه به اهمیت دوره انتقال و آثار گیاهان دارویی بر وضعیت آنتیاکسیدانی خون، هدف این مطالعه بررسی اثر استفاده از رازیانه و سیاهدانه در اواخر آبستنی و اوایل زایش بر برخی فراسنجههای خونی و آنتیاکسیدانی میشهای سنجابی و برههای آنها بود. تعداد 36 رأس میش با میانگین وزن 8 ± 62 کیلوگرم و میانگین شکم زایش 5/0 ± 5/2 از شش هفته قبل از زایش تا شش هفته پس از زایش به سه گروه آزمایشی تقسیم شدند. تیمارها شامل: 1) گروه شاهد (جیره پایه بدون افزدونی) ، 2) گروه رازیانه (جیره پایه بعلاوه 20 گرم رازیانه در کیلوگرم جیره) و 3) گروه سیاهدانه (جیره پایه بعلاوه 20 گرم در کیلوگرم سیاهدانه) بود. جهت تعیین اثر تیمارها بر فعالیت برخی آنزیمها و فراسنجههای خونی و همچنین وضعیت آنتیاکسیدانی کل و غلظت مالوندیآلدئید در سرم، نمونههای خون از سیاهرگ وداج میشها و برهها اخذ و فراسنجههای مدنظر با استفاده از روشهای استاندارد اندازهگیری شد. افزودن رازیانه به جیره در مقایسه با گروه شاهد از کاهش گلوکز خون میشها در زمان زایش جلوگیری کرد. سیاهدانه سبب افزایش میزان پروتئین کل و آلبومین خون برههای گروه سیاهدانه در مقایسه با شاهد شد (05/0p ˂). آنتیاکسیدان کل در میشهای هر دو گروه (رازیانه و سیاهدانه) افزایش معنیداری نشان داد، اما در برهها تنها در گروه رازیانه معنیدار شد (05/0p ˂). میزان مالوندیآلدئید در خون میشها و برههای گروه سیاهدانه کاهش یافت (05/0p ˂). فعالیت آنزیم گلوتاتیون پراکسیداز در برههای گروه رازیانه بیشتر بود (05/0p ˂). نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد استفاده از دانه رازیانه و سیاهدانه در جیره میشها در دوره انتقال سبب تغییرات مثبت و معنیدار در برخی فراسنجههای مهم خونی و بهبود وضعیت آنتیاکسیدانی میش و برههای آنها شد. | ||
