تاثیر جیرههای غذایی حاوی کنجاله کنجد، سویا و کلزا بر فراسنجههای جدول زندگی شبپرهی مدیترانهای آرد Ephestia kuehniella (Lep.: Pyralidae) | ||

چکیده | ||
شب پره ی آرد (Zeller) Ephestia kuehniella، یکی از آفات مهم محصولات انباری است. تخم و لاروهای آن به طور گسترده برای پرورش پارازیتوییدها و شکارگرها مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. در این پژوهش تاثیر جیره غذایی استاندارد شامل مخلوط آرد گندم (68%)، سبوس گندم (29%) و سه درصد مخمر و نیز ترکیب آن با کنجاله های کنجد (30 درصد)، کنجاله سویا (30 درصد) و کنجاله کلزا (30 درصد) روی شاخص های زیستی و فراسنجه های جدول زندگی E. kuehniella با استفاده از نظریه جدول زندگی دو جنسی ویژه سن- مرحله رشدی بررسی شد. آزمایش ها در شرایط آزمایشگاهی، دمای 1 ± 25 درجه سلسیوس، رطوبت نسبی 5 ± 65 درصد و تاریکی انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد باروری شبپرهی آرد با اضافه کردن کنجاله کنجد (69/477 تخم) به طور معنی داری نسبت به کنجاله سویا (77/451 تخم)، کنجاله کلزا (21/411 تخم) و جیره غذایی استاندارد (20/393 تخم) افزایش می یابد. همچنین در این بررسی بین طول دوره ی مرحله لاروی در تیمارهای کنجاله کنجد (31/34 روز)، کنجاله سویا (40/31 روز)، کنجاله کلزا (26/33 روز) و جیره غذایی استاندارد (37/30 روز) اختلاف معنی داری وجود داشت. نرخ ذاتی رشد جمعیت (r) برای جیره غذایی حاوی کنجاله کنجد، کنجاله سویا، کنجاله کلزا و جیره غذایی استاندارد به ترتیب 102/0، 108/0، 103/0 و 109/0 بر روز بود. بنابراین نتایج نشان می دهد جیره های غذایی حاوی کنجاله های کنجد، سویا وکلزا نسبت به غذای استاندارد تاثیر مثبتی بر فراسنجه های جمعیتی این حشره حداقل با توجه به شرایط این مطالعه نداشتند. | ||
