چکیده | ||
بهمنظوربررسیاثرپرایمینگبذربرخصوصیات جوانهزنی و عملکرد گیاه بزرک (Linum usitatissimum L.)، تحقیق حاضر در آزمایشگاهبهصورتفاکتوریلدرقالبطرحکاملاًتصادفی و تیمارها شامل 11 سطح پرایمینگ (پلىاتیلنگلیکول6000 در سه سطح 5-، 10- و 15- بار؛ نیترات پتاسیم و اسید جیبرلیک در سه سطح 200 ، 400 و600 میلیگرم در لیتر ، هیدروپرایم و شاهد)، تحت دماهای 15/25، 20/25، 25/25، 30/25 (روز/ شب) درجه سانتیگراد انجام شد.نتایج نشان داد، اثر پرایمینگ بر صفات جوانهزنی بذر تأثیر معنیداری داشت. تیمار پلیاتیلنگلیکول درمقایسه با سایر تیمارها، موجب کاهش بیشتر صفات جوانهزنی بذر گردید. بیشترین مقادیر طول ساقهچه و ریشهچه، درصد و سرعت جوانهزنی و بنیه بذر در تیمار نیترات پتاسیم (200 میلیگرم در لیتر) و اسید جیبرلیک (400 میلیگرم در لیتر) تحت دمای 20/25 (روز / شب) درجه سانتیگراد بهدست آمد. به نظر میرسد باتوجه به اثرگذاری مطلوب نیترات پتاسیم در رشد و نگهداری گیاه و نقش افزایش دهندگی اسید جیبرلیک در رشد سلولها و فتوسنتز، این برتری بهدست آمد. | ||
