اثر پیری تسریع شده بر جوانهزنی، رشد گیاهچه و برخی ترکیبات آنتی اکسیــدانی ژنوتیـپهای جـو | ||

به منظور بررسی اثر پیری تسریع شده بر فعالیت ترکیبات آنتی اکسیدانی و شاخصهای جوانهزنی جو آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا" تصادفی روی هشت ژنوتیپ بومی جو به همراه دو رقم شاهد بهرخ و نصرت در سه تکرار مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل پیر کردن بذر در دو سطح پیری و عدم پیری(شاهد) و عامل دوم شامل ده ژنوتیپ جو بود.درصد جوانهزنی پس از پیری در بیشتر ژنوتیپ ها کاهش یافت اما این کاهش نسبت به بذرهای پیر نشده معنی دار نبود.پیری تسریع شده به طور معنیداری سرعت جوانهزنی، طول ساقهچه، طول ریشهچه،غلظت رنگیزههای فتوسنتزی و فعالیت آنزیم کاتالاز را کاهش داد. اما میانگین مدت زمان جوانه زنیو محتوای کل فنلی ژنوتیپها و دو رقم بهرخ و نصرتپس از پیری افزایش یافت. ژنوتیپ شماره سه بیشترین فعالیت آنزیم کاتالاز را پس از پیری داشت. افزایش فنل در ژنوتیپها متفاوت بود به طوری که ژنوتیپ شماره هشت بیشترین محتوای فنل را قبل و بعد از پیری داشت همچنین این ژنوتیپ نسبت به سایر ژنوتیپها کمتر تحت تاثیر پیری تسریع شده قرار گرفت.به طور کلیژنوتیپهایی که محتوای فنلی و فعالیت آنزیمیبالایی داشتند از بنیه وسرعت جوانهزنی بالاییپس از پیری بذر برخوردار بودند. | ||
