چکیده | ||
این تحقیق به منظور بررسی توانایی آزمون جوانهزنیاستاندارد برای پیشبینی وضعیت ظاهر شدن و استقرار گیاهچه بذر جو اجرا گردید. پژوهش حاضر در دانشگاه رازی در سال زراعی 93-1392 و در دو مرحله آزمایشگاه و مزرعه انجام شد. در آزمایشگاه، هشت توده بذر جو دیم در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در آزمون جوانهزنی استاندارد مورد مقایسه قرار گرفتند و شاخصهای مرتبط با بنیه بذر و گیاهچه اندازهگیری شدند. در مزرعه، این هشت توده بذر جو، در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی کشت شدند و صفات درصد و سرعت ظاهر شدن گیاهچه مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتایج آزمون آزمایشگاهی نشان داد که تودههای بذر از نظر صفات درصد جوانهزنی نهایی، درصد گیاهچه عادی، سرعت جوانهزنی روزانه، طول ریشهچه، وزن خشک ریشهچه، وزن خشک ساقهچه و شاخص بنیه گیاهچه تفاوت معنیدار داشتند. تجزیه اورتوگونال دادهها در آزمایشگاه و مزرعه حاکی از آن بود که خصوصیات جوانهزنی و قدرت بذر تودههای بذر جدید برتر از تودههای بذر قدیمی بود. در تجزیه همبستگی بین صفات اندازهگیری شده در آزمایشگاه با صفات مزرعهای مشخص گردید که درصد و سرعت ظاهر شدن گیاهچه در مزرعه بیشترین همبستگی را با درصد جوانهزنی نهایی، درصد گیاهچه عادی و سرعت جوانهزنی روزانه در آزمایشگاه داشتند. بنابراین، به نظر میرسد که میتوان آزمون جوانهزنی استاندارد را با اعتماد بالایی برای پیشبینی وضعیت ظاهر شدن گیاهچه بذر رقمهای جو دیم در مزرعه توصیه نمود. | ||
