اثر کنجاله گلوتن ذرت بدون فرآوری و فرآوری شده با آنزیم پروتئاز در زمان های مختلف بر عملکرد، خصوصیات لاشه و برخی از فراسنجه های خونی در جوجه های گوشتی | ||

چکیده | ||
این آزمایش به منظور بررسی اثر استفاده از 2 درصد کنجاله گلوتن ذرت بدون فرآوری و فرآوری شده با آنزیم پروتئاز (mg/kg300) در زمانهای مختلف (120، 180 و 240 دقیقه) بر عملکرد، خصوصیات لاشه و فراسنجههای خونی جوجههای گوشتی انجام شد. 240 قطعه جوجه خروس گوشتی سویه تجاری راس 308 با 5 تیمار شامل 1- جیره شاهد 2- جیره شاهد حاوی دو درصد گلوتن ذرت، 3، 4 و 5- جیره شاهد حاوی دو درصد گلوتن ذرت فرآوری شده با آنزیم پروتئاز به ترتیب در زمانهای 120، 180 و 240 دقیقه، 4 تکرار و 12 قطعه جوجه در هر تکرار، در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی به مدت 38 روز پرورش یافتند. طی دوره آزمایش، مصرف خوراک، افزایش وزن و ضریب تبدیل غذایی اندازهگیری شد. در سن 38 روزگی جهت بررسی فراسنجههای خونی و لاشه از هر یک از تیمارها هشت پرنده انتخاب که پس از خونگیری، برخی از پارامترهای خونی مانند گلوکز، پروتئین کل، آلبومین، گلوبولین، تریگلیسرید، کلسترول، HDL-C، LDL-C و VLDL-C اندازهگیری و همچنین اجزای لاشه شامل وزن لاشه، رانها، سینه، چربی حفره بطنی، کبد، پانکراس، طحال و بورس بهصورت درصد بررسی شد. نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که تغذیه جیرههای آزمایشی حاوی 2 درصد کنجاله گلوتن ذرت فرآوری شده با آنزیم پروتئاز در زمانهای مختلف سبب افزایش مصرف خوراک (98/3801، 59/3848 و 42/3850 در مقابل شاهد 82/3769 گرم)، افزایش وزن بدن (88/2000، 16/2020 و 27/2033 در مقابل شاهد 82/1888 گرم)، و کاهش ضریب تبدیل غذایی (90/1، 90/1 و 89/1 در مقابل شاهد 99/1) در کل دوره آزمایش شد (05/0P<). در این آزمایش تیمارهای آزمایشی روی اجزای لاشه و فراسنجههای خونی تاثیر معنیداری نداشتند. به طور کلی، نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که استفاده از کنجاله گلوتن ذرت فرآوری شده با آنزیم پروتئاز در زمانهای مختلف در جیره غذایی جوجههای گوشتی سبب بهبود عملکرد شد. | ||
