اثر منبع و اندازه ذرات فیبر جیره غذایی بر عملکرد و کیفیت تخممرغ در مرغ های تخمگذار تجاری | ||

چکیده | ||
این تحقیق به منظور بررسی اثر منابع و اندازه ذرات فیبر بر عملکرد تولیدی و کیفیت تخممرغ در مرغهای تخمگذار انجام شد. آزمایش با 324 قطعه مرغ تخمگذار سویه لوهمن در سن 27 هفتگی با نه تیمار و شش تکرار به ازای هر تیمار به مدت 12 هفته انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی عبارت بودند از: گروه شاهد، دو منبع فیبر (پوسته آفتابگردان و تفاله چغندرقند)، دو سطح فیبر (5/2 و 5 درصد) و دو اندازه ذرات فیبر (ریز، 2 میلیمتر و درشت، 6 میلیمتر). اثرات اصلی منابع فیبر، سطح فیبر و اندازه ذرات فیبر در کل دوره بر وزن تخممرغ، توده تخممرغ، درصد تولید تخممرغ، ضریب تبدیل غذایی، وزن مرغ و مصرف خوراک روزانه معنیدار نبود. به کار بردن 5 درصد پوسته آفتابگردان با اندازه ذرات درشت، وزن و ضخامت پوسته را در مقایسه با گروه کنترل در سن 30 هفتگی کاهش داد (05/0P< ). همچنین رنگ زرده در گروهی که 5/2 درصد پوسته آفتابگردان با اندازه ریز دریافت کردند کاهش و در 5 درصد تفاله چغندرقند، در مقایسه با شاهد افزایش یافت (0001/0P< ). واحد هاو در پوسته آفتابگردان نسبت به تفاله چغندرقند در سن 38 هفتگی کاهش یافت (05/0P< ). افزودن منابع فیبر، pH مدفوع مرغهای تخمگذار را نسبت به گروه شاهد افزایش داد (05/0P< ). رقیق کردن جیره با پوسته آفتابگردان و تفاله چغندرقند تا سطح 5 درصد اثر منفی بر عملکرد تولیدی مرغهای تخمگذار ندارد، در حالیکه باید اثرات آنها بر کیفیت تخممرغ مورد توجه قرار گیرد. | ||
