اثر افزودن سطوح مختلف ساپونین، اسید گالیک و اسید تانیک بر کینتیک تخمیر شکمبه ای در شرایط برون تنی | ||

چکیده | ||
این مطالعه به منظور بررسی اثر سطوح مختلف (5/2، 5 و 10 درصد ماده خشک) ساپونین، اسید گالیک و اسید تانیک بر فراسنجههای تولید گاز و قابلیت هضم برونتنی ماده خشک و ماده آلی با استفاده از روش تولید گاز و کشت ثابت انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که بین تیمارهای آزمایشی از نظر پتانسیل و نرخ تولید گاز اختلاف معنیداری وجود داشت (05/0>P). تیمار شاهد و تیمارهای دارای ساپونین به ترتیب دارای بالاترین و پایینترین پتانسیل تولید گاز بودند. به هر حال، افزودن سطوح مختلف ساپونین، اسید گالیک و اسید تانیک به جیره پایه سبب کاهش قابلیت هضم ماده آلی، انرژی قابل متابولیسم و غلظت اسیدهای چرب کوتاه زنجیر شد. از این نظر، تیمار دارای 10 درصد اسید گالیک پایینترین مقدار قابلیت هضم ماده آلی، انرژی قابل متابولیسم و غلظت اسیدهای چرب کوتاه زنجیر را داشت. بالاترین مقدار غلظت نیتروژن آمونیاکی مربوط به تیمار شاهد (76/10 میلیگرم در دسیلیتر) و پایینترین مقدار مربوط به تیمار دارای 10 درصد اسید تانیک (79/5 میلیگرم در دسیلیتر) بود. بین تیمارها از نظر بازده تولید گاز، عامل تفکیک و تولید توده میکروبی تفاوت معنیداری وجود داشت (05/0P<). به طور کلی، نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که استفاده از سطوح مختلف ساپونین، اسید گالیک و اسید تانیک مورد استفاده اثر قابل ملاحظهای بر فرآیندهای تخمیر شکمبهای در شرایط آزمایشگاهی نداشت. | ||
