اثر تیمول به دو شکل آزاد و آهسته رهش بر ویژگی های تخمیر شکمبه و متابولیت های پلاسما در گوسفند | ||

چکیده | ||
این پژوهش بهمنظور مقایسه اثرات تیمول به دو شکل آزاد و آهستهرهش بر ویژگیهای تخمیر شکمبه، پروتئین میکروبی و برخی متابولیتهای پلاسما در گوسفند انجام شد. آزمایش در قالب طرح مربع لاتین 3´3 به صورت ادغام شده با استفاده از 6 راس گوسفند نر فیستوله شده انجام شد. تیمارها عبارت بود از (الف) جیره پایه +250 میلیگرم تیمول به شکل آزاد، (ب) جیره پایه +250 میلیگرم تیمول به شکل آهستهرهش و (ج) تیمار شاهد (جیره پایه بدون تیمول). هر دوره آزمایش 14 روز و شامل 10 روز سازگاری و 4 روز نمونهگیری بود. در دوره نمونهگیری، نمونههای مدفوع جمعآوری شد و در روز پایانی هر دوره نیز نمونههای خون و مایع شکمبه در زمانهای مختلف جمعآوری شد. مصرف تیمول به هر دو شکل آزاد و آهستهرهش، ماده خشک مصرفی (به ترتیب 5/917 و 5/985 گرم در روز)، قابلیت هضم پروتئین خام (به ترتیب 7/82 و 6/85 درصد) و غلظت گلوکز پلاسما (به ترتیب 8/114 و 5/108 میلیگرم در دسیلیتر) را افزایش داد (05/0>P). در تیمارهای محتوی تیمول، غلظت اورهی پلاسما، سنتز پروتئین میکروبی و غلظت نیتروژن آمونیاکی در 5 و 7 ساعت پس از خوراکدهی کاهش یافت (05/0>P). تعداد دیپلودینیومها در جیره محتوی تیمول آزاد 105×38/0 بود که از تعداد مربوط به دو تیمار دیگر کمتر بود (05/0>P). مصرف تیمول میتواند با کاهش تولید نیتروژن آمونیاکی بازده استفاده از پروتئین خوراک را بهبود بخشد و با توجه به افزایش گلوکز پلاسما میتواند اثری مثبت در تامین انرژی دام ایجاد کند. | ||
