بررسی تاثیر زمان و دمای پرایمینگ بر جوانه زنی سرخارگل(Echinacea angustifolia)تحت تنش شوری | ||

چکیده | ||
بهمنظور بررسی تاثیر پیشتیمار نیترات پتاسیم بر جوانهزنی بذر سرخارگل در زمانها و شرایط دمایی متفاوت تحت تنش شوری، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در آزمایشگاه تکنولوژی بذر دانشکده کشاورزی شاهد انجام شد. بذرها با نیترات پتاسیم پنج درصد در چهار سطح زمانی (شاهد، 10، 20 و 30 ساعت) و پس از آن در چهار سطح دمایی (شاهد، 4، 10 و 20 درجه سلسیوس) تیمار شدند و سپس در دو سطح شوری (0 و 5- بار) کلریدسدیم جهت جوانهزنی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که اثر پیش تیمارها بر صفات مورد ارزیابی در سطح احتمال یک درصد معنیدار بود. در مقایسه بین تیمارها، تاثیر پیشتیمار 20 ساعت نیترات پتاسیم بذرها دمای 20 درجه سلسیوس و در شرایط تنش شوری، موجب افزایش معنیدار درصد و یکنواختی جوانهزنی، طول و وزن خشک گیاهچه و کاهش میانگین زمان جوانهزنی شد. بهطورکلی اعمال پیشتیمار 20 ساعت نیترات پتاسیم بذرها در دمای 20 درجه سلسیوس موجب شد تا جوانهزنی تحت شرایط تنش شوری بهبود یابد | ||
