بررسی تأثیر تنش شوری و کیتوزان بر شاخصهای جوانهزنی بذر دو گیاه دارویی مرزه (Satureja hortensis L.) و بادرشبی Dracocephalum moldavica L.)) | ||

بادرشبی Dracocephalum moldavica L.)) و مرزه تابستانه (Satureja hortensis L.)از گیاهان دارویی و معطر مهم هستند که اسانس آنها در صنایع داروسازی و غذایی مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد. این پژوهش، به منظور مطالعه اثر تنش شوری و کیتوزان بر شاخصهای جوانهزنی بذور گیاهان دارویی مرزه تابستانه و بادرشبی، انجام شد. برای بررسی اثر تیمارهای کیتوزان (در سه سطح صفر، 1 و2 درصد) و شوری (در سه سطح صفر، 4 و 6 دسیزیمنس بر متر) بر جوانهزنی بذور این دو گیاه، دو آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه کاملا تصادفی با سه تکرار در آزمایشگاه فیزیولوژی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه کردستان در سال 1393 به اجرا در آمد. یافتههای حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد، کاربرد کیتوزان 2 درصد، موجب حصول بالاترین مقادیر سرعت و درصد جوانهزنی گیاهان دارویی بادرشبی و مرزه تابستانه گردید، اما با افزایش سطوح تنش شوری، صفات نامبرده کاهش یافتند. کاربرد سطوح کیتوزان 1 و 2 درصد، اثر افزایشی بر صفات طول ریشهچه، طول ساقهچه، وزن تر و خشک ساقهچه و ریشهچه در شرایط تنش شوری داشتند، بهطوریکه، مطلوبترین برهمکنش بین تیمارها برای صفات ذکر شده در هر دو گیاه مربوط به کاربرد کیتوزان 2 درصد در سطح 6 دسیزیمنس بر متر تنش شوری بود. | ||
