| چکیده | ||
| هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، تبیین تجربه زیسته نوجوانان ایرانی از فرایند ترک فوتبال و درک عمیق عوامل زمینهساز این پدیده در بستر فوتبال پایه بود. روششناسی: این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از روش پدیدارشناسی انجام شد. مشارکتکنندگان شامل ۱۳ بازیکن فوتبال بودند که سابقه حضور در تیمهای آکادمی و رقابتهای رسمی ردههای پایه را داشته و از ادامه مسیر فوتبالی خود کنارهگیری کرده بودند. نمونهگیری بهصورت هدفمند و با تکنیک گلولهبرفی انجام شد. دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته (۳۰ تا ۴۵ دقیقهای) گردآوری و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون براون و کلارک (۲۰۰۶) تحلیل شد. برای افزایش اعتبار یافتهها از معیارهای گوبا و لینکلن (۱۹۹۴) استفاده شد. یافتهها: بر اساس تحلیل دادهها، پنج مضمون اصلی شناسایی شد: (1) فرسایش انگیزشی و هیجانی در مسیر فوتبالی، (2) ابهام ساختاری و ناپایداری مسیر پیشرفت، (3) تضعیف ادراک شایستگی در بستر رقابتی فوتبال، (4) اختلال در روابط حرفهای و تجربه بیعدالتی، و (5) فشارهای روانی، اجتماعی و نگرانیهای آیندهمحور. یافتهها نشان داد ترک فوتبال در نوجوانان پدیدهای تکعاملی نیست، بلکه حاصل تعامل پیچیده میان کاهش لذت، سبک مربیگری، ناامنی ساختاری، بیعدالتی ادراکشده، مقایسههای اجتماعی و نگرانی نسبت به آینده حرفهای است. نتیجهگیری: ترک فوتبال در دوران نوجوانی فرایندی تدریجی و چندبعدی است که در بستر تعامل میان عوامل فردی، بینفردی و ساختاری شکل میگیرد. ایجاد محیطهای تمرینی حمایتگر، افزایش شفافیت در مسیر پیشرفت، بهبود کیفیت رابطه مربی بازیکن و طراحی سازوکارهای حمایتی در آستانه خروج میتواند در کاهش میزان ترک فوتبال نوجوانان نقش تعیینکنندهای ایفا کند. یافتههای این پژوهش میتواند مبنایی برای طراحی مداخلات مبتنی بر شواهد در فوتبال پایه ایران فراهم سازد. | ||
