بررسی دوام در برابر سیکلهای ذوب و یخ و مقاومت کششی بتن حاوی سیمان نانو لولههای کربنی | ||

| چکیده | ||
| استفاده از نانو لولههای کربنی سنتز شده به صورت درجا، با استفاده از روش رسوب بخار شیمیایی در فرایند تولید سیمان به منظور بهسازی دوام بتن مورد توجه بسیاری از محققین قرار گرفتهاست. در این پژوهش محدوده مناسب استفاده از این نانو لولهها در شرایط چرخه ذوب و یخ و مقاومت کششی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. پس از افزودن سیمان حاوی نانو لولههای کربنی سنتز شده به صورت درجا در درصدهای مختلف (0، 4، 6، 8، 10 و 12) به نمونههای بتنی، افت وزنی نمونهها در شرایط چرخه ذوب و یخ به عنوان عاملی برای تشخیص تأثیر این سیمان، اندازهگیری شد. میزان افت وزنی در نمونه شاهد (بدون نانو لوله) برابر 82/5 درصد و برای نمونههای سیمان حاوی نانو لوله 4، 6، 8، 10 و 12 درصد، به ترتیب میزان افت وزنی 74/1، 75/1، 38/1، 02/1 و 68/1 درصد بعد از 300 چرخه ذوب و یخ میباشد. افزودن 10 درصد از سیمان حاوی نانولولههای کربنی سنتز شده به صورت درجا به نمونههای بتنی، باعث شده است تا کمترین افت وزنی بدست آید. مقاومت کششی غیر مستقیم نمونهها نیز به عنوان پارامتری مهم در طراحی سازههای بتنی، با استفاده از آزمایش کشش غیر مستقیم اندازه-گیری شد. نمونههای حاوی 8 درصد از این سیمان بیشترین مقاومت کششی را داشتند که تقریبا 24 درصد بیشتر از نمونه شاهد است. به منظور شناخت بهتر سیمان مورد نظر و همچنین ریزساختار نمونهها، مشاهدات FESEM نیز انجام شد. نتایج FESEM حاکی از تأمین پراکندگی مناسب نانولولهها و عدم انباشتگی آنها در ماتریس سیمانی بوده است. | ||
