چکیده | ||
تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر تغذیه مخمر و پوسته پسته بهعنوان یک منبع فنولی بر عملکرد و فراسنجههای خونی گوسالههای ماده هلشتاین انجام شد. این مطالعه با استفاده از 36 رأس گوساله شیرخوار ماده هلشتاین (میانگین وزن بدن 6±34 کیلوگرم) در یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی و در قالب آزمایش فاکتوریل 3×2 با شش تیمار (گروههای بدون افزودنی، 2 و 4 گرم مخمر، 1800 میلیگرم ترکیبات فنولی، دو گرم مخمر و 1800 میلی گرم ترکیبات فنولی، چهار گرم مخمر و 1800 میلیگرم ترکیبات فنولی)، و شش تکرار بهمدت 60 روز انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که تأثیر تغذیه مخمر و منبع فنل هم بهتنهایی و هم بهصورت توام بر افزایش وزن گوسالهها، معنیدار بود (0018/0(P= و افزایش وزن در تیمار حاوی چهار گرم مخمر ساکارومایسس و تیمار حاوی دو گرم مخمر ساکارومایسس و 1800 میلیگرم ترکیبات فنلی بیشتر از سایر تیمارها بود. اثر دوره بر مصرف خوراک، افزایش وزن، افزایش وزن روزانه و ضریب تبدیل غذایی معنیدار بود (001/0>P). مصرف خوراک، افزایش وزن و افزایش وزن روزانه در 45 تا 60 روزگی بالاتر از سایر دورهها بود. اثر تیمارهای آزمایشی بر فراسنجههای خونی مورد مطالعه معنیدار نبود، اما اثر دوره بر همه فراسنجهها معنیدار بود (05/0>P). میانگین اثر تیمارها در فاصله دو پین، فاصله دو هوک و دور سینه معنیدار مشاهده شد. اثر دوره نیز بر همه فراسنجههای اسکلتی معنیدار بود. با توجه به نتایج، استفاده از مخمر ساکارومایسس و پوسته پسته در سطح تیمار حاوی دو گرم مخمر ساکارومایسس و 1800 میلیگرم ترکیبات فنلی بهواسطه تأثیر مثبت بر مصرف خوراک، افزایش وزن روزانه و ضریب تبدیل غذایی توصیه میشود. | ||
