چکیده | ||
هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و تبین ابعاد جذابیتهای سازمانی گروهها و دانشکدههای علومورزشی دانشگاههای دولتی ایران از دیدگاه دانشجویان کارشناسی بود. روششناسی: روش پژوهش از نوع کیفی و به صورت تحلیل مضمون و جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی در گروهها و دانشکدههای علومورزشی دانشگاههای دولتی میباشند. روش نمونهگیری بهصورت هدفمند بود و مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته با 14 مشارکتکننده تا اشباع نظری صورت گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از تکنیک کدگذاری استفاده شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که جذابیتهای سازمانی گروهها و دانشکدههای علومورزشی شامل سه مضمون اصلی ساختاری، مفهومی، فناوری و نوآوری بود که 16 مضمون فرعی و 65 مفهوم را در بر میگیرند. نتیجهگیری: این پژوهش به مدیران و مسئولان دانشکدهها و دانشگاهها برای شناخت ادراکات دانشجویان کارشناسی به عنوان ذینفعان خارجی کمک میکند تا بتوانند شرایط بهتری را برای جذب آنها و ایجاد، ارتقاء و حفظ جذابیتهای سازمانی شناخته شده فراهم کنند. | ||
