چکیده
هدف: بیماری آلزایمر یک اختلال عصبی پیشرونده است که با تجمعات پروتئینی، فرایند‌های التهابی و اکسیداتیو نابجا به تدریج توانایی‌های ذهنی را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد. تاثیر توام فعالیت هوازی و عصاره رودیولا بر این بیماری به طور کامل شناخته نشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر اثر هم‌افزای تمرین هوازی و عصاره رودیولا بر BDNF و شاخص‌های استرس اکسیداتیو در بافت مغزی موش‌های آلزایمری بود.
روش شناسی: در این پژوهش ، تعداد 30 سر موش 6 C57BL/ با میانگین وزن 2±14 گرم و سن 12 هفته به صورت تصادفی به 5 گروه 1)کنترل، سالم 2)آلزایمر، 3)آلزایمر + تمرین، 4)آلزایمر + رودیولا، 5)آلزایمر + تمرین + رودیولا تقسیم شدند. ایجاد مدل آلزایمری از روش تزریق Aβ1-42 درون هیپوکامپ استفاده شد. موش‌های گروه‌های تمرینی به مدت هشت هفته، پنج روز در هفته، هر جلسه 30 تا 45 دقیقه و با سرعت 10 تا 18 متر بر دقیقه روی نوار گردان دویدند. عصاره رودیولا به مقدارmg/kg200 به صورت گاواژ در روز‌های تمرین دریافت شد. داده‌ها از آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه و آزمون توکی در نرم افزار SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان دادکه بیان ژنBDNF و میزان فعالیت SOD در گروه‌های آلزایمر+تمرین، آلزایمر+رودیولا، آلزایمر+تمرین+رودیولا در مقایسه با گروه آلزایمری به طور معنی‌داری افزایش یافت(P<0/001). سطح سرمی MDA در گروه‌های آلزایمر+تمرین، آلزایمر+رودیولا، آلزایمر+تمرین+رودیولا در مقایسه با گروه آلزایمری به طور معنی‌داری کاهش یافت(P<0/001).
نتیجه گیری: استفاده هم‌زمان از تمرین هوازی و عصاره Rhodiola rosea، راهبردی مؤثر، غیرتهاجمی و کم‌عارضه برای تعدیل استرس اکسیداتیو و تقویت بازسازی نورونی در شرایط نورودژنراتیو است.
