چکیده | ||
هدف: پژوهش حاضر به بررسی شناسایی و چارچوببندی راهکارهای ارتقای مزیت رقابتی فدراسیون اسکیت ایران میپردازد. روششناسی: روش پژوهش کیفی و بر اساس رویههای تحلیل مضمون (براون و کلارک، 2006) انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه کارشناسان حوزه اسکیت تشکیل داده بودند که سابقه بالای ده سال داشتند. روش نمونهگیری به صورت هدفمند بود و اعتباریابی یافتهها براساس معیارهای چهارگانه لینکلن و گوبا (1985) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافتهها: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، پنج مضمون اصلی و سیزده مضمون فرعی مانند "راهبردهای توسعه سازمانی فدراسیون اسکیت" (شامل توسعه فنی ورزش اسکیت در سطح کشور، مهارتهای مدیریتی؛ ارتقای مزیت رقابتی سرمایه انسانی فدراسیون)؛ "گسترش شبکهسازی و روابط بینالمللی" (شامل توسعه روابط داخلی و توسعه روابط بین المللی)؛ "راهبردهای بازاریابی" (شامل مشتری مداری؛ تبلیغات عمومی؛ آگاهی و اطلاع رسانی؛ جذب حامیان مالی)؛ "راهبردهای زیرساختی" (شامل توسعه امکانات و زیرساختها؛ مکانها و فضاهای آموزشی) و راهبردهای همگانی کردن اسکیت (شامل نهادینهسازی ورزش اسکیت و توسعه اسکیت در بین عموم و خانوادهها) شناسایی شدند نتیجهگیری: این نتایج میتواند به فدراسیون اسکیت کمک کند تا راهبردهایش را برای توسعه و گسترش، ایجاد و تقویت شبکهها، و بهبود عملکرد، عملیاتی و پشتیبانی کند. | ||
