چکیده | ||
تحقیق حاضر به منظور ارزیابی تاثیر ارتفاع و زمانهای مختلف پرتودهی اشعه UV-C روی مرحله تخم و پوره سن سوم سفیدبالک گلخانه Trialeurodes vaporariorum (Westwood) و میزان تخمریزی و نرخ ظهور زنبور پارازیتوئید Encarsia formosa Gahan طراحی شد. در این مطالعه چهار زمان و سه ارتفاع مختلف برای پرتودهی انتخاب شدند. نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان داد بین دو عامل زمان و ارتفاع های مختلف پرتودهی روی تلفات تخم و پوره سفیدبالک اثر متقابل وجود ندارد، اما تاثیر آنها به صورت مجزا معنی دار شد. تلفات تخم و همچنین پوره سن سوم سفیدبالک با افزایش زمان و کاهش ارتفاع پرتودهی افزایش یافت، ولی به طور برعکس ظهور زنبور پارازیتوئید از پوره های سن سوم سفیدبالک پارازیته-پرتودهیشده با افزایش زمان و کاهش ارتفاع پرتودهی کاهش یافت. ارزیابی ترجیح تخمریزی زنبور E. formosa به روش انتخابی و غیرانتخابی نتایج نشان داد اختلاف معنی داری بین دو گروه پوره های پرتودهی شده با تیمار شاهد وجود ندارد، اما ظهور زنبور E. formosa به طور معنی داری تحت تاثیر قرار گرفت و بیشترین ظهور در تیمارهای پرتو ندیده مشاهده شد. همچنین در بررسی اثر ارتفاع های مختلف پرتودهی به مدت ۷۲ ساعت روی شاخص کلروفیل برگ لوبیا چیتی، اختلاف معنی داری بین شاخص کلروفیل تیمارها با شاهد مشاهده نشد. بنابراین، در استفاده از زنبور پارازیتوئید E. formosa و اشعه UV-C در کنترل تلفیقی این آفت، کاربرد همزمان این دو عامل قابل توصیه نمی باشد. | ||
