چکیده | ||
خاورمیانه مانند سایر مناطق جهان بر اساس ویژگیهای برآمده از تاریخ، سنت، نظام ارزشی و البته ساختارهای سیاسی خاص خود ناگزیربه مواجهه با واقعیت جهانی شدن به مثابه یک فرایند تعامل میان بازیگران خرد و کلان در عرصه جهانی و در ابعاد اقتصادی، اجتماعی، سیاسی و فرهنگی بوده است. به خصوص که بخش چشمگیر الزامات توسعهوسیاستگذاریکلان در منطقه ضرورتا با مسائل و موضوعات مربوط به واقعیت جهانیشدن متداخل و مرتبط بوده است. برآیند اثرگذاری نیروهای مختلف اجتماعی- سیاسی در داخل، تنظیم سیاستخارجی، تنوعبخشی به ظرفیتهای اقتصادی و نهایتاً مدیریت پیامدهای امنیتی، سیاسی، اقتصادی واجتماعی بخشی از سرفصلهای مواجهه دولتهای منطقه با واقعیت جهانیشدن در بعد از 1990 بوده است. کویت و اردن بهعنوان دو پادشاهی از پیشگامان منطقه در مواجه عینی با فرایند جهانی شدن بودند. برایناساس، این پژوهش پاسخ به این پرسش است که تأثیرمتقابلتوسعه و جهانی شدن دردوکشور کویت و اردن چگونه بوده است؟ نویسندگان مقاله با اتکا به روشی مقایسهای و با تمرکزبر دو دولت کویت و اردن به عنوان نمونه معرف دوگروه از دولتهای نفتی و فاقد منابعطبیعی در منطقه ذیل چارچوب نظری لیبرال به عنوان برنهاد پدیده جهانیشدن به بررسی تاثیر متقابل پیگیری مسیر توسعه و سیاستگذاری کلان در دولتهای مذکور در ارتباط و نسبت با جهانیشدن پرداختند. مقاله با اتکا به روشی تطبیقی و با استفاده از چارچوبنظری نئولبیرالیسم این فرضیه را به آزمون گذاشتهاند که روندجهانیشدن و ورود آن به منطقهخاورمیانه موجب شده است که دو دولت کویت و اردن به دلیل برخورداری از حداقلترین نهادهای حاکمیتی دموکراتیک مسیری از توسعه را بپیمایند. | ||
