چکیده | ||
از گیاه حنا (Lawsonia inermis) و سولفات مس (CuSO4.5H2O) به دلیل خواص آنتیبیوتیکی و ضدقارچی برای بهبود و ترمیم زخمهای پوستی استفاده میشود. بدین منظور از 500 قطعه بچه تاسماهی سیبری با میانگین وزنی 2/1±15 گرم استفاده شد. ابتدا سمیت حاد (LC50) و سپس میزان بیشترین غلظت مجاز (MAC) تعیین شد. برای انجام آزمایش، پنج تیمار با سه تکرار طراحی شد. در تیمارهای 1 تا 4 از غلظتهایی به اندازه مقادیر خود MAC حنا و مقادیری به اندازه 25، 50 و 75 درصد MAC استفاده شد. در تیمار 5 سولفات مس به میزان 07/0 میلیگرم در لیتر برای مقایسه استفاده شد. ماهیان به مدت 4 روز (96 ساعت) تحت تاثیر ترکیبات با غلظتهای تعیینشده قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که عصاره گیاه حنا در شاخصهایی همچون تعداد گلبول سفید، کاهش استرس، عملکرد آنزیمهای کبدی عملکرد مناسبتری نسبت به سولفات مس از خود نشان داد. نهایتا مطالعه حاضر نشان داد عصاره گیاه حنا بهتر عمل کرد و میتواند به عنوان جایگزین مناسبی برای سولفات مس برای ضدعفونی در مزارع پرورش تاسماهی سیبری مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. همچنین نتایج نشان دادکه عصاره گیاه حنا دارای تاثیرات منفی بر شاخصهای خونی و بیوشیمیایی تاسماهی سیبری بود. | ||
