چکیده | ||
مطالعه حاضر، به منظور بررسی اثر سطوح مختلف جلبک اسپیرولینا (Spirulina platensis) بر عملکرد رشد و ترکیبات لاشه صدف آنودونت (Anodonta cygnea) انجام پذیرفت. این صدف از منطقه سلکه تالاب انزلی صید و به آزمایشگاه انتقال داده شدند. پس از سازگاری، 72 عدد صدف (6 عدد به ازای هر تکرار) با میانگین وزنی 26/3±80/55 گرم بین 12 عدد مخزن پلاستیکی سه لیتری آبگیری شده با آب چاه توزیع شد. صدفها طی 16 هفته با چهار جیره غذایی مختلف شامل C: شاهد (آب سبز تولید شده با آب چاه)، T1: 70 درصد آب سبز + 30 درصد محلول پودر جلبک اسپیرولینا، T2: 40 درصد آب سبز + 60 درصد محلول پودر جلبک اسپیرولینا و T3: 100 میلیلیتر محلول پودر جلبک اسپیرولینا تغذیه شدند. طی دوره تغذیه، دمای آب معادل 45/0±51/17 درجه سانتیگراد ثبت شد. پس از سپری شدن 8 و 16 هفته، سه عدد از صدفهای هر مخزن (تکرار) برای بررسی ترکیبات لاشه شامل پروتئین، چربی، رطوبت و خاکستر جمعآوری شد. بر اساس نتایج، اختلاف معنیداری در شاخصهای رشد مشاهده نشد (05/0<P). بررسی ترکیبات تقریبی لاشه در هفته 8 نشان داد که درصد پروتئین در ابتدای آزمایش به طور معنیداری پایینتر از تیمار T2 و T3 بود (05/0>P). بین مقادیر چربی و خاکستر در تیمارهای مختلف اختلاف معنیداری مشاهده نشد (05/0<P). میزان رطوبت نیز در تیمار شاهد به طور معنیداری پایینتر از تیمارهای دیگر بود (05/0>P). همچنین، پس از اتمام دوره (16 هفته) تغذیه، مقادیر پروتئین، چربی، ماده خشک و خاکستر، به طور معنیداری بالاتر از زمان آغاز آزمایش بود (05/0>P). در مجموع، با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده، به دلیل اثرگذاری بر افزایش میزان پروتئین لاشه، مصرف جلبک اسپیرولینا در جیره غذایی صدف آنودونت توصیه میشود. | ||
