چکیده | ||
هند از موقعیت مرکزی در اقیانوس هند برخوردار است و اهمیت این منطقه دریایی برای این کشور بعد از دوره جنگ سرد بیشتر مشخص شده است. پژوهش حاضر جایگاه اقیانوس هند را در اندیشه استراتژیک هند برای احصاء قدرت دریایی پیشرو بررسی میکند و سعی دارد به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی به سه سؤال اساسی پاسخ دهد: اول، موقعیت ژئواستراتژیک و محیط امنیتی اقیانوس هند چه تأثیری بر قدرت دریایی هند دارد؟ دوم، هند در رسیدن به قدرت دریایی پیشرو کدام اقدامات را انجام داده است؟ و سوم، موانع هند در این زمینه کداماند؟. یافتههای پژوهش حاکی از اهمیت ژئواستراتژیک اقیانوس هند برای تبدیل هند به قدرت دریایی پیشرو است و این کشور اقدامات متعددی را در این زمینه انجام داده است. ابتکارات و تقویت ناوگان نظامی دریایی هند از جمله اقدامات نظامی این کشور است. سیاست همسایگی، ساگار، اقدام در شرق، مائوسام، مسیر پنبه، گردنبند الماس، ساگارمالا و باهاراتمالا از جمله سیاستهای دریایی هند هستند. همچنین، موانع پیشروی قدرت دریایی هند شامل عدم حضور در مناطق مختلف اقیانوس هند، فقدان تمرکز نظامی و استراتژیک بر نیروی دریایی و همچنین حضوری رقبای منطقهای در اقیانوس هند است. | ||
