چکیده | ||
در عصر حاضر میان سیاست خارجی و تحولات داخلی جامعه پیوند مستقیمی وجود دارد. در این میان بسط و تقویت طبقه متوسط و افزایش نقش آفرینی آن به عنوان پیشران توسعه جوامع تا حد زیادی متاثر از سیاست خارجی دولتها است. در همین راستا، هدف این پژوهش تبیین پیامدهای سیاست خارجی ج. ا. ایران بر جایگاه و سرنوشت طبقه متوسط جامعه می باشد. پرسش اصلی از این قرار است که «رویکردهای حاکم بر سیاست خارجی در طول حیات جمهوری اسلامی چه تاثیری بر وضعیت طبقه متوسط داشته و آیا به تقویت یا تضعیف جایگاه طبقه متوسط انجامیده است؟ فرضیه مقاله اینگونه تدوین یافته: «راهبرد حاکم بر سیاست خارجی ج. ا. ایران که مبتنی بر اولویت انگاره امنیت بر توسعه بوده، منجر به مغفول ماندن امر توسعه اقتصادی در سیاست خارجی و در نتیجه تضعیف جایگاه طبقه متوسط در ایران شده است.» چارچوب نظری پژوهش مبتنی بر بهره ای آزادانه از ادبیات سیاست خارجی توسعه گرا در راستای تبیین مسئله پژوهش می باشد. روش پژوهش مقاله کیفی و از طریق منابع کتابخانه ای - اسنادی به گردآوری، طبقه بندی و در نهایت تحلیل داده ها و اطلاعات پرداخته می شود. یافته های پژوهش حکایت از آن دارد که این طبقه کنشگر در دو دهه اخیر شانیت اجتماعی، اقتصادی، سیاسی و فرهنگی خویش را از دست داده و این مهم برآیند سیاست خارجی و تاثیر آن بر توسعه اقتصادی کشور و بر سرنوشت طبقه متوسط به عنوان پیشران تحولات و پویایی های جامعه است. | ||
