چکیده | ||
عصر اطلاعات که متضمن روش های نوین جابه جایی اطلاعات و دسترسی آزادانه به اطلاعات می باشد، موجب شده است که قوانین حقوق بشر به عنوان عرف بین المللی و نهایتا یک اصل آمره در حقوق بین الملل تبدیل شود و این امر سبب شده است رعایت مسائل حقوق بشر فراتر از قلمرو حاکمیت داخلی کشورها قرار گیرد و حقوق بشر از جایگاه درجه دوم به جایگاه درجه اول در سیاست ارتقا یابد. سوال تحقیق چنین است که وضعیت و کاربست حقوق بشر در عصر اطلاعات چه می شود؟ فرضیه پیدایش تکنولوژی اطلاعات ،اطلاع رسانی،آموزش،اجرایی شدن حقوق بشر عملیاتی تر،کاربردی و اجرایی میشود. در این مقاله به موضوعات زیر برای پاسخ به سوال تحقیق که پرداخته میشوند که عبارتند از: آموزش حقوق بشر که یک تعهد بین المللی بشمار می آید و نقش تعیین کننده درگسترش حقوق بشر در عصر اطلاعات دارد. جنبش های حقوق بشر که در شکل دهی و هدایت افکار عمومی جهانی، اعتراض ها و ایجاد چالش های جدی برای حکومت ها نقش داشته است. سازمان های بین المللی مرتبط با حقوق بشر که در دو قرن اخیر تلاش های گسترده ای در جهت ترویج اصول و معیارهای حقوق بشر انجام داده اند. همینطور تدوین کنوانسیون های بین المللی و حوزه عمومی حقوق بشر که میتوان مطبوعات را از مهمترین نهاد حوزه عمومی به حساب آورد که هدف شان اطلاع رسانی، نقد دولت، آشنا کردن دولت با نیازهای مردم است و در نهایت به شکل گیری دولت جهانی است. | ||
