بررسی غلظت فلزات سنگین در عضله کپور معمولی (Cyprinus carpio) تالاب بین المللی هامون پس از دوره بیست ساله خشکسالی | ||

چکیده | ||
تعیین غلظت فلزات سنگین در بافت عضله کپور معمولی Cyprinus carpio به دلیل مصرف بالای آن در منطقه سیستان در زمان پرآبی تالاب بین الملی هامون، ضروری به نظر میرسد. بر این اساس، در مطالعه حاضر، ماهی کپور معمولی از تالابهای هامون پوزک، هیرمند و صابوری تهیه و پس از هضم اسیدی، غلظت برخی فلزات سنگین توسط دستگاه ICP اندازهگیری شد. نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل آماری دادهها، اختلاف معنیداری را در بین سه دریاچه نشان داد. به گونهای که دریاچه صابوری دارای بیشترین غلظت فلزات بود (05/0P<). همچنین الگوی تجمع فلزات در بافت عضله به صورت Zn>Fe>Cu>Mn>Cr>Ni>Pb>Cd به دست آمد. غلظت فلزات Ni، Cr و Mn نیز از استاندارد WHO و FAO بالاتر بود. بیشترین میزان شاخص THQ در کودکان و بالغین به ترتیب ۴۵۸/۲ و ۰۹۷/۰ برای عنصر Cd به دست آمد. مقدار شاخص HI نیز در بالغین کمتر از ۱ محاسبه شد، که نشان میدهد، مقدار مصرف ۲۲۷ گرم برای این گروه، خطری به همراه ندارد. در حالی که این شاخص در کودکان ۰۸/۶ محاسبه شد. درنتیجه، مصرف ماهی کپور معمولی میتواند برای کودکان بویژه در مورد عنصر Cd آسیب به همراه داشته باشد. | ||
