چکیده | ||
در این مطالعه اثر دو عصاره گیاهی سیر و آویشن بر مراحل ترونت و تومونت انگل تکیاختهای Ichthyophthirius multifiliis ارزیابی شد. بدین منظور ابتدا اقدام به تهیه عصاره هیدروالکلی از این گیاهان شد. در گام بعد هر دو مرحله انگل در مجاورت غلظتهای متفاوت از دو عصاره قرار گرفتند. میزان بقای انگل در هر غلظت، هر 3 ساعت یکبار و برای 12 ساعت ثبت شد و LD50 هر عصاره در این دوره زمانی با استفاده از روش Probit محاسبه شد. از مالاشیت گرین به عنوان شاهد مثبت استفاده شد. نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که LD50 سیر و آویشن بر تومونت به ترتیب برابر 1 و 5/2 میلیگرم در لیتر بود. در صورتی که این میزان برای مالاشیت گرین 24/0 میلیگرم در لیتر بود. LD50 عصارههای سیر و آویشن بر ترونت نیز به ترتیب برابر 66/1 و 57/0 میلیگرم در لیتر و در مالاشیت گرین برابر 121/0 میلیگرم در لیتر بود. با توجه به نتایج اثر ضدانگلی عصاره سیر و آویشن در مقایسه با اثرات مالاشیت گرین ناچیز بود و امکان جایگزینی مالاشیت گرین با این عصارهها وجود ندارد. هرچند میتوان از این عصارهها به عنوان درمان کمکی در کنار درمانهای شیمیایی استفاده کرد. | ||
