چکیده | ||
مشخصات مکانیکی و شیمیایی بتن در شرایط حاد محیطی، دستخوش تغییراتی میگردد که اغلب باعث کاهش مقاومت و دوام بتن میشود. لذا استفاده از افزودنیهایی که باعث افزایش پایایی بتن در شرایط حاد باشد مورد نیاز است. همچنین استفاده از آزمونهایی که بدون آسیب رساندن به بتن، قادر به اندازهگیری نفوذپذیری و مقاومت بتن هم بصورت درجا و هم بصورت آزمایشگاهی باشند دارای اهمیت میباشد. لذا تصمیم گرفته شد تاثیر برخی مواد افزودنی روی دوام بتن که اخیرا بهوفور در کشور ایران مورد استفاده قرار میگیرند، مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. تحقیقات چندانی در خصوص تاثیر این مواد بر دوام و پایایی بتن در شرایط حاد محیطی وجود ندارد. در این تحقیق با بکارگیری آزمونهای درجای محفظه استوانهای(cylindrical chamber) و پیچش(Twist-off) اقدام به ارزیابی تاثیر چرخههای مختلف یخبندان و آبشدگی بر نفوذپذیری و مقاومت سطحی بتنهای معمولی و بتنهای حاوی افزودنی شده است. بر خلاف استانداردهای DIN 1048 و BS EN 12390-8 که برای اندازهگیری نفوذپذیری، احتیاج به شکستن بتن میباشد، در آزمون محفظه استوانهای بدون آسیب به بتن میتوان حجم و عمق نفوذ آب را اندازهگیری نمود. نتایج حاصله بیانگراین است که با بکارگیری آزمون نوین محفظه استوانهای میتوان عمق نفوذ بتن رابا دقت بالا و بدون نیاز به شکستن نمونهی بتنی اندازهگیری نمود. همچنین حدود 78 درصدکاهش درمقاومت لایهی سطحی بتن تا 50 سیکل اول رخ داده و 22 درصدباقیمانده در 100 سیکل بعدی اتفاق افتاده است. نفوذپذیری بتن حاوی ژل میکروسیلیس و سوپرژل نیز به ترتیب حدود 50 و 30 درصد کمتر از نفوذپذیری بتن معمولی محاسبه شد. | ||
