چکیده | ||
به منظور مطالعه اثر یک افزودنی ضد اسهال بر رشد و سلامتی گوسالهها از 24 راس گوساله شیرخوار هلشتاین از بدو تولد تا 28 روزگی در قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی در دو تیمار آزمایشی با 12 تکرار در هر تیمار آزمایشی استفاده شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: 1) شاهد (بدون افزودنی) و 2) حاوی افزودنی ضد اسهال (ترکیبی از ایمونوگلوبولین Y، پروبیوتیک و الکترولیت) روزانه به میزان 10 گرم در شیر بود. استارتر مصرفی، افزایش وزن و شمارش باکتری اشریشیاکلی مدفوع بهصورت هفتگی اندازهگیری شد. دمای رکتوم و امتیاز مدفوع گوسالهها به شکل روزانه ارزیابی شد. همچنین در بدو تولد، 14 و 28 روزگی، جهت بررسی فراسنجههای خونی از وداج گردنی حیوانات خونگیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که مصرف افزودنی ضد اسهال منجر به افزایش معنیدار میانگین وزن نهایی، افزایش ماده خشک مصرفی و بهبود ضریب تبدیل غذایی شد (05/0>P). شمار باکتری اشرشیاکلی در مدفوع در گروه شاهد بهطور معنیداری بالاتر از گروه ضد اسهال بود (05/0>P). افزودنی ضد اسهال منجر به بهبود معنیدار قوام مدفوع و کاهش طول دوره اسهال شد (05/0>P). دمای رکتوم، وضعیت گلبولهای سفید و فراسنجههای خونی گلوکز، کلسترول، تریگلیسرید، پروتئین تام و نیتروژن اورهای خون تحت تاثیر افزودنی ضد اسهال قرار نگرفتند. میتوان نتیجه گرفت افزودنی ضد اسهال توانست با کاهش اسهال باعث بهبود عملکرد گوساله های شیرخوار شود. | ||
