اثر پرایمینگ و فرسودگی بذر بر شاخصهای جوانهزنی و فعالیت برخی آنزیمهای هیدرولیتیک و چرخه گلیاکسیلات در ذرت (Zea mays L.) | ||

چکیده | ||
بهمنظور بررسی اثر پرایمینگ و فرسودگی بذر بر شاخصهای جوانهزنی و فعالیت برخی آنزیمهای هیدرولیتیک و چرخه گلیاکسیلات در گیاهچه ذرت آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی در سال 1401 اجرا گردید. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل تیمار پیری تسریع شده در سه سطح (صفر، 11 و 13روز) و پرایمینگ در چهار سطح (شاهد، هیدرو پرایمینگ، پرایمینگ با اسید سالیسیلیک (100 میلیمولار) و جیبرلین (20 میلیمولار)) بود. نتایج نشان داد که فرسودگی شاخصهای جوانهزنی شامل درصدجوانهزنی، سرعت جوانهزنی، میانگین جوانهزنی روزانه، ضریب جوانهزنی و ارزش جوانهزنی را کاهش داد، ولی پرایمینگ با اسیدسالیسیلیک، هیدرو بهویژه جیبرلین این صفات را بهبود بخشید. کمترین سرعت جوانهزنی روزانه و میانگین مدت جوانهزنی در هیدروپرایمینگ، پرایمینگ با اسیدسالیسیلیک مخصوصا پرایمینگ با جیبرلین و بدون فرسودگی حاصل شد. فعالیت آنزیمهای آلفا آمیلاز و مالات سنتاز در تیمار جیبرلین و بدون فرسودگی نسبت به شاهد به ترتیب با 71 درصد و 26 درصد افزایش نشان دادند. بـیشتـرین فعالیت آنزیم لیپاز در تیمار جیبرلین (41/73 واحد بر میلیگرم پروتئین) حاصل گردید. همچنین، فرسودگی باعث کاهش فعالیت آنزیم لیپاز شد. درکل، استفاده از پیشتیمار جیبرلین موجب تقویت شاخصهای جوانهزنی و فعالیت برخی آنزیمهای هیدرولیتیک و چرخه گلیاکسیلات بذرهای فرسوده ذرت شد و رشد گیاهچه را افزایش داد. | ||
