چکیده | ||
کودهای آلی با ایجاد غلظتهای مناسب عناصر در گیاهان موجب رشد و عملکرد مطلوب گیاه، سلامت مصرفکنندگان و افزایش مقاومت به کمآبی میشود. بههمین منظور دو آزمایش در محیط جداگانهی غرقاب و تنش به صورت کرتهای خرد شده بر پایه طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار اجرا شد. عاملهای آزمایشی شامل کود نیتروژنه در سه سطح 50، 100 و 150 کیلوگرم در هکتار، کودهای آلی مرغی پلتشده در سه سطح ۱۲۵۰،2500 و ۳۷۵۰ کیلوگرم در هکتار و کودهای گاوی و کمپوست زبالهی شهری هر کدام در سه سطح ۳۷۵۰،7500 و ۱۱۲۵۰ کیلوگرم در هکتار به عنوان عامل اصلی و رقم در دو سطح گیلانه و هاشمی به عنوان عامل فرعی بودند. نتایج نشان داد بیشترین درصد نیتروژن، درصد پروتئین و غلظت روی در تیمار غرقاب، مصرف کمپوست به مقدار ۱۱۲۵۰ کیلوگرم در هکتار در رقم هاشمی به ترتیب ۰۱۳/۲ ، ۹۹/۱۱ درصد و ۵/۳۴ پیپیام بود. بیشترین درصد نیتروژن، درصد پروتئین، غلظت مس و عملکرد شلتوک درتیمار تنش خشکی، مصرف کود مرغی پلتشده به مقدار ۳۷۵۰ کیلوگرم در هکتار در رقم گیلانه به ترتیب با ۲۸/۲، ۵۶/۱۳ درصد، ۱۷ پیپیام و ۷۱۹۱ کیلوگرم در هکتار بهدست آمد. به نظر میرسد مصرف کودهای آلی نسبت به شیمیایی در افزایش کیفیت بذر تأثیر بیشتری دارد و برای رسیدن به بالاترین کیفیت بذر مدیریت کودی در شرایط غرقاب و تنش خشکی متفاوت است. | ||
