تأثیر پرایمینگ بر جوانهزنی و ویژگیهای گیاهچه در بذور فرسوده کدو پوست کاغذی تحت شرایط تنش خشکی | ||

چکیده | ||
بهمنظور بررسی اثر پرایمینگ بر جوانهزنی بذور فرسوده کدو پوست کاغذی تحت تنش خشکی، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کامل تصادفی با 3 تکرار در آزمایشگاه اجرا شد. تیمارها شامل فرسودگی (شاهد، 85 درصد و 75 درصد)، تنش خشکی (صفر، 75/0- و 5/1- مگاپاسکال) و پرایمینگ (شاهد، هیدروپرایمینگ، پرایمینگ با جیرلین، پرایمینگ با Gr24، پرایمینگ با بنزیلآمینوپورین و پرایمینگ با اسپرمیدین) بودند. در این پژوهش صفات درصد جوانهزنی، سرعت جوانهزنی، یکنواختی جوانهزنی، وزن خشک ساقهچه و ریشهچه، محتوای کلروفیل a و b، نسبت کلروفیل a/b، فتوسنتز، محتوای قندهای محلول، درصد چربی کل و فعالیت آنزیم آلفاآمیلاز مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. کمترین درصد جوانهزنی، سرعت جوانهزنی، وزن خشک ریشهچه و ساقهچه، کلروفیل a، کلروفیل b، نسبت کلروفیل a/b، شدت فتوسنتز و فعالیت آنزیم آلفاآمیلاز در تیمار خشکی 5/1- مگاپاسکال و فرسودگی 75 درصد بود. کمترین یکنواختی جوانهزنی در تیمار هورمون پرایمینگ با جیبرلین در شرایط عدم تنش بهدست آمد. کمترین محتوای قندها و درصد چربی کل در سطح شاهد (بدون تنش خشکی)، فرسودگی 75 درصد و در شرایط عدم پرایمینگ بود. بیشترین درصد جوانهزنی، سرعت جوانهزنی، وزن خشک ریشهچه و ساقهچه و فعالیت آنزیم آلفاآمیلاز در تیمار هورمون پرایمینگ با جیبرلین، کلروفیل a، کلروفیل b و شدت فتوسنتز در پرایمینگ بذر با اسپرمیدین و نسبت کلروفیل a/b در هیدروپرایمینگ و در شرایط عدم تنش خشکی و فرسودگی بهدست آمد. بیشترین یکنواختی جوانهزنی در خشکی 5/1- مگاپاسکال و فرسودگی 75 درصد در پرایمینگ شاهد بهدست آمد. بیشترین محتوای قندها در شرایط عدم فرسودگی، خشکی 75/0- مگاپاسکال و تیمار بهروش هیدروپرایمینگ بهدست آمد. بیشترین درصد چربی کل در خشکی 5/1- مگاپاسکال، عدم فرسودگی و در پرایمینگ با اسپرمیدین مشاهده شد. بهطور کلی اعمال تنش خشکی بر روی بذور فرسوده کدو پوست کاغذی منجر به اختلال و یا کاهش در صفات فیزیولوژیک گردید. از طرفی پرایمینگ بذور با روشهای مختلف اثرات سوء ناشی از تنش خشکی و فرسودگی بذور را را تقلیل بخشید. | ||
