چکیده | ||
اندوفیتها نقش مهمی را در محافظت از گیاهان ایفا می کنند. در این مطالعه، از ترکیب اندوفیتی Aspergillus niger و OD14 Bacillus aquimaris به منظور ارتقا تحمل گیاهچه های مکزیکن لایم نسبت به تنش شوری استفاده شد. سه ماه پس از تلقیح، تنش شوری صفر، 2000، 4000 و 6000 میکروزیمنس بر سانتیمتر (با سه تکرار) اعمال شد. پس از هشت هفته، صفات ریختشناسی، بیوشیمیایی و میزان جذب عناصر گیاهچه ها، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد در شوری 6000 میکروزیمنس بر سانتیمتر، ترکیب اندوفیتی باعث افزایش طول ساقه (64/103 درصد)، قطر تنه (04/103 درصد) تعداد برگ (41/444 درصد) و طول و عرض ریشه (به ترتیب 02/232 و 63/41 درصد) نسبت به شاهد شد. اندوفیت باعث افزایش 29/76 درصدی کلروفیل کل نسبت به شاهد شد. همچنین، جذب عناصر پتاسیم ریشه (95/34 درصد) و کلسیم شاخساره (15/115 درصد) را افزایش و جذب عناصر سدیم شاخساره (49/29 درصد) را نسبت به شاهد کاهش داد. ترکیب اندوفیتی توانست باعث کاهش معنی دار نشت الکترولیتها (57/65 درصد) و افزایش میزان پرولین (3/69 درصد) در گیاهچه های تلقیح شده نسبت به شاهد شود. به طور کلی، اندوفیتهای دریایی میتوانند به عنوان گزینه مناسب برای افزایش تحمل گیاهان نسبت به تنش شوری مورد استفاده قرار گیرند. | ||
