چکیده
هدف: هدف این پژوهش ارائة مدل معادلات ساختاری به منظور تبیین فرآیند حرفه‌ای‌سازی در فدراسیون‌های ورزشی ایران بود.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی- تحلیلی بود که به شکل میدانی انجام گرفته است. جامعة آماری این تحقیق شامل مدیران فدراسیون‌های ورزشی، مربیان، ورزشکاران، داوران بودند که نمونة آماری بر اساس تعداد قابل کفایت جهت مدل‌سازی در نرم‌افزار PLS به میزان 10 تا 20 برابر ابعاد ترسیم شده در مدل مفهومی برآورد شدند (160 نفر). جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. روایی صوری پرسشنامه توسط صاحب‌نظران (12 نفر) تائید شدوپایایی آن با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ (91/0) و پایایی ترکیبی محاسبه شد. جهت تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها و بررسی برازش مدل از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزار PLS3-SPSS24 استفاده ‌شد.
یافته‌ها: بر اساس تحلیل مسیر مشخص شد که به ترتیب اثر شرایط علی، زمینه‌‌ای، و مداخله‌گر بر حرفه-ای‌سازی، مستقیم، مثبت و معنی‌دار است (37/0، 19/0، 74/0). همچنین به ترتیب شرایط مداخله‌گر و زمینه‌ای با استراتژی‌ها اثر مستقیم، مثبت و معنی‌داری داشتند (28/0، 24/0). در نهایت نتایج نشان داد اثر حرفه‌ای‌سازی بر راهبردها (58/0)، و استراتژی‌ها با پیامدها (84/0) مستقیم، مثبت و معنی‌دار است.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های این تحقیق می‌توان نتیجه‌گیری کرد که شناخت مسیرهای فرآیند حرفه‌ای‌سازی می‌تواند به فدراسیون‌های ورزشی ایران جهت رسیدن به یک فرآیند کسب و کار کمک شایانی نماید. همچنین شناسایی پتانسیل‌های بالقوة درونی و بیرونی فدراسیون‌ها می‌تواند روند حرفه‌ای-سازی و پیشرفت آن‌ها را تسریع بخشد.
