چکیده | ||
در مقاله حاضر تاثیر باکتری بر روی خود ترمیم شوندگی بتنهای حاوی خاکستر بادی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. جهت ارزیابی از باکتری اسپوروسارسینا با چهار غلظت مختلف استفاده شده است. در بتن دارای خاکستر بادی، از خاکستر بادی معادل 20 درصد وزنی سیمان طرح اختلاط استفاده شده است. به منظور ارزیابی و کنترل نمونهها از آزمایشهای مخرب و غیر مخرب از جمله آزمایش اولتراسونیک در سنین 1، 3، 7، 14 و 28 روزه، آزمایش نفوذ ناپذیری و جذب آب در سن 28 روزه و آزمایش مقاومت فشاری در سن 7 و 28 روزه استفاده شده است. جهت ارزیابی تاثیر باکتری بر روی خود ترمیم شدن ترکهای بتن، با استفاده از میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM) و میکروسکوپ نوری، ترکهای بتن مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل نشان میدهد غلظت 106×10.46 مناسبترین غلظت باکتری اسپوروسارسینا جهت تولید کلسیت و پر شدن خلل و فرجهای بتن توسط محصولات هیدراته ترکیبات کلسیم و سیلیکون میباشد. غلظت مذکور منجر به افزایش 36 درصدی مقاومت فشاری در نمونههای دارای خاکستر بادی و 30 درصدی در نمونههای بدون خاکستر بادی گردید. همچنین نتایج حاصل نشان داد افزایش غلظت باکتری، در مقاومت فشاری، جذب آب، نفوذ ناپذیری و سرعت امواج اولتراسونیک تغییرات محسوسی ایجاد نمیگردد. | ||
