اثر برازینواستروئید بر صفات مرفولوژیک و فیزیولوژیک آویشن باغی (Thymus vulgaris) تحت تنش شوری | ||

پژوهش حاضر با هدف کاهش اثرات تنش شوری بر جوانهزنی و مراحل اولیه رشد گیاه دارویی آویشن باغی با استفاده از کاربرد برازینواستروئید در شرایط کشت درونشیشهای انجام شد. بذرهای آویشن باغی در معرض تیمار شوری (صفر، 50، 100 و 200 میلیمولار) و برازینواستروئید (5/0، 1 و 3 میکرومولار) قرار گرفتند، و سپس شاخصهای گوناگون جوانهزنی و رشد و نیز برخی ویژگیهای فیتوشیمیایی در گیاهچهها اندازهگیری شدند. نتایج نشان داد که در شرایط شوری، بیشترین میزان درصد جوانهزنی (95 درصد) در پایینترین غلظت نمک (50 میلیمولار) و بالاترین غلظت برازینواستروئید (3 میکرومولار) مشاهده شد. کاربرد غلظتهای مختلف برازینواستروئید باعث بهبود ارتفاع ریشه و ساقه و نیز افزایش میزان وزن خشک و تر گیاهچههای آویشن باغی شد، بهطوریکه در شوری 200 میلیمولار، میزان طول ریشه و ساقه در نمونههای تیمارشده با 3 میکرومولار برازینواستروئید نسبت به نمونههای تیمارشده با 5/0 میکرومولار برازینواستروئید بهترتیب حدود 5/30 و 9/42 درصد افزایش یافتند. میزان پرولین و آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدانت پراکسیداز (POD) و سوپراکسیددیسموتاز (SOD) در گیاهچههای تیمارشده با غلظت بالاتر برازینواستروئید نسبت به غلظتهای پایینتر بهطور معنیداری افزایش یافتند و این گیاهچهها نفوذپذیری غشای (پراکسیدهشدن لیپید) کمتری داشتند. نتایج ضریب همبستگی نشان داد که بین نفوذپذیری غشای یاخته (پراکسیدهشدن لیپید) و همه صفات بیوشیمیایی و مرفولوژیک اندازهگیریشده مربوط به رشد گیاهچه همبستگی منفی وجود دارد. بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش، کاربرد برازینواستروئید با غلظت 3 میکرومولار در مرحله حساس جوانهزنی بذر و رشد اولیه گیاهچههای آویشن باغی تحت تنش شوری پیشنهاد میشود. | ||
