چکیده | ||
مواد رنگزای آزو مهمترین و پرکاربردترین ترکیبات رنگزای مورد استفاده در صنایع مختلف هستند. این گروه از آلایندهها برای حیات آبزیان تهدید به شمار میآیند. در مطالعه حاضر تاثیر سه غلظت مختلف (20،10،0 میلیگرم در لیتر) از ماده رنگزای BR46 بر شاخصهای فیزیولوژیک سرخس آبزی Salvinia natans در یک دوره تیماردهی 7 روزه بررسی شد. همچنین توانایی پالایش زیستی این ماده توسط گیاه S. natans ارزیابی شد. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده مقدار کلروفیل a و کلروفیل کل بر خلاف کلروفیل b در غلظت 20 میلیگرم در لیتر نسبت به شاهد کاهش یافت. غلظت کاروتنوئید کل در غلظت 20 میلیگرم در لیتر به میزان 72 درصد افزایش یافت. در غلظت 20 میلیگرم در لیتر نرخ رشد نسبی و شاخص تاثیرپذیری به ترتیب کاهش و افزایش یافت. غلظت گلیکوزید سیانیدین، پراکسیداسیون لیپید و فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی در هر دو غلظت 10 و 20 میلیگرم در لیتر افزایش یافت. بیشترین کارایی پالایش زیستی در روز هفتم تیماردهی و در غلظت 20 میلیگرم در لیتر مشاهده شد. به این ترتیب گیاه S. natans توانایی حذف ماده رنگزای BR46 از آبهای آلوده را دارد، ولی حضور هر دو غلظت 10 و 20 میلیگرم در لیتر از رنگ، القای فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی و خطر تنش اکسیداتیو را برای گیاه S. natans به دنبال دارد. | ||
