چکیده | ||
بهمنظور مطالعه اثر کیفیت نور بر شاخصهای جوانهزنی بذر و خصوصیات رویشی نشای سنبلالطیب، آزمایشی در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی باسه تکرار انجام شد. تیمارهای مورد استفاده شامل ترکیب نور در چهار سطح (قرمز، 15 درصد آبی + 85 درصد قرمز،30 درصد آبی +70 درصد قرمز و نور لامپهای فلورسنت) بودند. نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که بیشترین درصد جوانهزنی (63 درصد)، سرعت جوانهزنی (87/41)، میانگین جوانهزنی روزانه (21/9)، ارزش جوانهزنی (81/68)، ارزش حداکثر (50/7) و کمترین میانگین زمان جوانهزنی (66/2) با کاربرد نور قرمز بهدست آمد. بیشترین وزن خشک ساقهچه (36/0 میلیگرم در گیاهچه)با کاربرد نور قرمز و ترکیب 15درصدآبی + 85 درصد قرمز، بیشترین وزن خشک ریشهچه (3/0 میلیگرم در گیاهچه) با ترکیب30 درصدآبی +70 درصد قرمز و 15 درصدآبی + 85 درصد قرمز، بیشترین طول ساقهچه و ریشهچه (18/1 و 03/3 سانتیمتر) با نور قرمز و ترکیب 15درصد آبی + 85 درصد قرمز، بیشترین میزان قند محلول ریشهچه و ساقهچه (37/63 و 54/72 میلیگرم در گرم وزن تازه) با نور قرمز و ترکیب 15 درصد آبی + 85 درصد قرمز، بیشترین مقدار کلروفیل a، b و کل (37/0، 47/0 و 84/0 میلیگرم در گرم وزن تر)،کارتنوئید (44/0 میلیگرم در گرم وزن تر) با ترکیب30 درصد آبی +70 درصد قرمز، بیشترین فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی ریشهچه و ساقهچه (09/60 درصد و 04/71 درصد) با ترکیب30 درصد آبی +70 درصد قرمز و 15 درصد آبی + 85 درصد قرمز، بیشترین محتویات فنلی ریشهچه و ساقهچه (40/4 و 65/8 میلیگرم در گرم وزن تازه) با ترکیب 30 درصد آبی +70 درصد قرمز و 15 درصد آبی + 85 درصد قرمز بهدست آمد. نتایج این آزمایش بیانگر امکان بهبود یافتن شاخصهای جوانهزنی و رویشی گیاهچههای سنبلالطیب با کاربرد ترکیبهای نورهای آبی و قرمز در مقایسه با نور لامپ فلورسنت بود. | ||
