چکیده | ||
این تحقیق به منظور بررسی اثر اندازه ذرات گندم و سطوح مختلف آنزیم بر عملکرد، صفات لاشه و ریختشناسی روده بلدرچین ژاپنی انجام شد. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل 3×3 در قالب طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی با نه تیمار، چهار تکرار و 20 پرنده در هر تکرار انجام شد. فاکتورهای آزمایشی شامل: سه اندازه ذرات گندم (2، 3 و 5/3 میلیمتر) و سه سطح مکمل آنزیمی (صفر، 200 و 400 ppm) بودند. صفات مورد اندازهگیری شامل: عملکرد، صفات لاشه و ریختشناسی روده باریک بود. نتایج نشان داد که مکمل آنزیمی بهطور معنیداری خوراک مصرفی و ضریب تبدیل خوراک را کاهش داد (01/0P<). اثر اندازه ذرات گندم نیز بر خوراک مصرفی، افزایش وزن بدن و ضریب تبدیل خوراک معنیدار بود (01/0P<). اثر متقابل اندازه ذرات گندم و مکمل آنزیمی نیز بهطور معنیداری، خوراک مصرفی و ضریب تبدیل خوراک را در کل دوره پرورش (7 تا 35 روزگی) تحت تأثیر قرار داد (01/0P<). استفاده از مکمل آنزیمی بهطور معنیداری سبب کاهش در وزن نسبی کبد، سنگدان و پیشمعده شد (01/0P<). وزن نسبی سینه تحت تاثیر مکمل آنزیمی بهطور معنیداری افزایش یافت (01/0P<). مکمل آنزیمی همچنین بهطور معنیداری (01/0P<) موجب افزایش طول پرزبخش ژژنوم شد. با توجه به نتایج حاصل از آزمایش، استفاده از گندم با اندازه ذرات دو میلیمتر به همراه مکمل آنزیمی در سطح 400 ppm در جیره بر پایه گندم توصیه میشود. | ||
