تأثیر پیشتیمارهای مختلف و تنش شوری بر جوانهزنی بذر و صفات کیفی گیاه دارویی شنبلیله (Trigonella foenum-graecum) | ||

چکیده | ||
بهمنظور بررسی تاثیر پرایمینگ بر ویژگیهای جوانهزنی بذر، رشد و صفات فیزیولوژیک گیاه دارویی شنبلیله تحت تنش شوری، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در آزمایشگاه تکنولوژی بذر دانشکده علوم کشاورزی دانشگاه شاهد در سال 1396 اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل 5 سطح (شاهد (بدون پرایم)، هیدروپرایمینگ آب مقطر بهمدت 24 ساعت، هیدروپرایمینگ آب مقطر بهمدت 48 ساعت، پرایم با نیترات پتاسیم سه درصد و سالیسیلیک اسید پنج درصد) و تنش شوری در چهار سطح (شاهد (صفر)، 50، 100 و 150 میلیمولار) بود. نتایج تجزیه واریانس حاکی از تأثیر معنیدار ترکیب تیماری پرایمینگ و تنش شوری بر صفات درصد و سرعت جوانهزنی، میانگین مدت جوانهزنی، شاخص طولی و وزنی بنیه گیاهچه، طول ریشهچه و ساقهچه، رنگیزههای فتوسنتزی و محتوای پرولین بود. نتایج مقایسه میانگین اثر برهمکنش نشان داد که کاربرد هیدروپرایمینگ 24 ساعت در سطوح تنش شوری دارای میانگین 100 درصد جوانهزنی بود. هیدروپرایمینگ 48 ساعت در صفاتی مانند طول ساقهچه و ریشهچه، شاخص طولی بنیه گیاهچه، محتوای کلروفیل، محتوای کارتنوئید و محتوای پرولین با افزایش تنش شوری نسبت به سطوح دیگر دارای برتری نسبی بود. به نظر میرسد گیاه شنبلیله گیاهی مقاوم به تنش میباشد. | ||
