چکیده | ||
سرباره قلیا فعال به عنوان جایگزین سیمان پرتلند در بتن یا ملات، ضمن برتری به لحاظ برخی خواص، مانند مقاومت مکانیکی و دوام، مشکلاتی نظیر سرعت گیرش بالا و انقباض زیاد را نیز به همراه داشته است. در این پژوهش، تغییرات مدت زمان گیرش خمیر و مقاومت فشاری ملات در اثر جایگزینی میکروسیلیس به میزان صفر، پنج و ده درصد و عملآوری در دماهای ˚C2±23، 40، 60 و 80 مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. بیشترین مقاومت فشاری، با پنج درصد جایگزینی میکروسیلیس و دمای عملآوری ˚C80 حاصل شد و طرح مربوط به جایگزینی ده درصد میکروسیلیس و دمای عملآوری ˚C2±23 طولانیترین زمان گیرش را به دنبال داشت. در مجموع، با ملاحظه هر دو پارامتر مقاومت فشاری و مدت زمان گیرش و همچنین صرفهجویی اقتصادی و مصرف انرژی کمتر، میتوان طرح مربوط به جایگزینی پنج درصد میکروسیلیس و عملآوری در دمای ˚C40 را به عنوان طرح بهینه معرفی نمود. ضمناً جهت صحت سنجی نتایج، از تصاویر میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی استفاده شد. | ||
