چکیده | ||
مقدمه: هدف از این پژوهش طراحی الگوی رقابتپذیری در صنعت خدمات ورزشی ایران بود. روششناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر ماهیت توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه مدیران و کارشناس سازمانهای خدمات ورزشی، مربیان و متخصصان، صاحبان کسب و کار فعال در خدمات ورزشی بودند که نمونه آماری به صورت هدفمند و دردسترس انتخاب شدند (274 نفر). روایی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته توسط صاحبنظران (14 نفر)، تائید شد. همچنین پایایی آن با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ (97/0) و پایایی ترکیبی محاسبه شد. برای بررسی برازش مدل از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری از نرمافزار پی.ال.اس استفاده شده است. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که اکوسیستم بازار دارای اثر مستقیم، مثبت و معنیداری بر مدیریت بازار (182/0)، ساخت بازار (725/0) و قابلیت بازار (216/0) میباشد. همچنین عامل ساخت بازار نیز اثر مستقیم، مثبت و معنیداری بر قابلیت بازار (660/0)، مدیریت بازار (664/0) و رقابتپذیری بازار (244/0) داشت. علاوه بر این عامل قابلیت بازار اثر مستقیم، مثبت و معنیداری بر رقابتپذیری بازار (366/0) دارد، اما اثر معنیداری بر مدیریت بازار (001/0) نداشت. در نهایت اثر متغیر مدیریت بازار نیز بر رقابتپذیری (173/0) مستقیم، مثبت و معنیداری بود. نتیجهگیری: براساس چارچوب طراحی و تبیین شده در این پژوهش میتوان گفت که رقابتپذیری در بازار خدمات ورزشی نیازمند توسعه یافتگی اکوسیستم کسب و کار، چابکی ساختار بازار و قابلیتهای کارکردی بازار میباشد اما در نهایت توسط مولفههای مدیریت بازار صورت میگیرد. | ||
