چکیده | ||
هدف: در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 میزان اینکرتینها کاهش مییابد. اینکرتینها نقش مهمی در هموستاز گلوکز بازی میکنند. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثر تمرین هوازی همراه با مصرف خیار تلخ بر اینکرتین سرمی در مردان دیابتی نوع 2 میباشد. روششناسی: در این مطالعه، 36 مرد مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 (سن 15/5 ± 08/53 سال، وزن 53/6 ± 08/78 کیلوگرم و شاخص توده بدنی 22/1 ± 22/26 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع) انتخاب و بهطور تصادفی به چهار گروه (کنترل-آب، کنترل-خیار تلخ، کنترل-تمرین و تمرین+خیار تلخ) تقسیم شدند. گروههای تمرین بهمدت هشت هفته، هر هفته سه جلسه (دویدن با شدت 40 تا 70 درصد ضربان قلب ذخیره و مدت 15 تا 45 دقیقه) در برنامه تمرینی هوازی فزاینده شرکت کردند. گروههای کنترل-خیار تلخ و تمرین+ خیار تلخ ، 2000 میلیگرم پودر خشک میوه خیار تلخ (در کپسولهای 500 میلیگرم) را به مدت هشت هفته (دوبار در روز قبل از صبحانه و شام) مصرف نمودند. دو روز قبل و بعد از اجرای پروتکل، در حالت ناشتا نمونه گیری از خون انجام شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که میزان GLP-1 و GIP در همه گروههای تجربی نسبت به گروه کنترل افزایش معنیداری داشت (05/0 p≤)، همچنین میزان GLP-1 گروه تمرین-خیار تلخ نسبت به گروه خیار تلخ و GIP گروه تمرین-خیار تلخ نسبت به گروه خیار تلخ و تمرین افزایش معنیداری داشت (05/0 p≤). از دیگر نتایج، افزایش معنیدار در میزان GLP-1و GIP همه گروههای تجربی نسبت به پیش آزمون بود (05/0 p≤). نتیجهگیری: در مجموع میتوان گفت تمرین و خیار تلخ و ترکیب این دو، باعث بهبود عوامل موثر بر کنترل گلیسیمیک در مردان مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 میشود. | ||
